When you submit a quote request on this site, we collect:
- Your name
- Email address
- Phone number (if provided)
- Site/sector type and any details you enter about your cleaning requirements
If you contact us by phone or email instead, we collect whatever information you choose to share with us in that conversation or message.
3. How we use your data
We use this information to:
- Respond to your enquiry and provide a quote
- Arrange site visits and agree a cleaning specification
- Deliver and manage cleaning services if you become a client
- Meet our legal and accounting obligations
Our legal basis for this is legitimate interest (responding to enquiries you've sent us) and, where you become a client, performance of a contract.
4. Who we share it with
Quote request submissions on this site are processed by Formspree, Inc., a third-party form-handling service, which forwards submissions to our inbox. Formspree acts as a data processor on our behalf โ see Formspree's privacy policy for details of how they handle data in transit.
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties, and we do not share it with anyone else except where required by law.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond to you and follow up on your request, and no longer than 24 months if it doesn't lead to a client relationship. If you become a client, we retain records for as long as our contract with you continues, plus any period required by tax and accounting law afterwards.
6. Cookies
This website does not currently use analytics or tracking cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated to reflect it.
7. Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data
