Last updated: 3 August 2026
Seven Clean is a trading name of Seven and Up Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England & Wales (company no. 11462572). This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use this website or contact us, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.
1. Who we are
Seven and Up Ltd, trading as Seven Clean, is the data controller responsible for your personal data.
Email: info@sevenclean.co.uk
Phone: 020 3951 5377
2. What data we collect
When you submit a quote request on this site, we collect:
- Your name
- Email address
- Phone number (if provided)
- Site/sector type and any details you enter about your cleaning requirements
If you contact us by phone or email instead, we collect whatever information you choose to share with us in that conversation or message.
3. How we use your data
We use this information to:
- Respond to your enquiry and provide a quote
- Arrange site visits and agree a cleaning specification
- Deliver and manage cleaning services if you become a client
- Meet our legal and accounting obligations
Our legal basis for this is legitimate interest (responding to enquiries you've sent us) and, where you become a client, performance of a contract.
4. Who we share it with
Quote request submissions on this site are processed by Formspree, Inc., a third-party form-handling service, which forwards submissions to our inbox. Formspree acts as a data processor on our behalf — see Formspree's privacy policy for details of how they handle data in transit.
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties, and we do not share it with anyone else except where required by law.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond to you and follow up on your request, and no longer than 24 months if it doesn't lead to a client relationship. If you become a client, we retain records for as long as our contract with you continues, plus any period required by tax and accounting law afterwards.
6. Cookies & analytics
When you first visit this site, a cookie banner asks whether you're happy for us to use Google Analytics. We only set analytics cookies if you choose "Accept" — if you choose "Decline", Google Analytics is not loaded at all. You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser's cookies for this site, which will show the banner again on your next visit.
If enabled, Google Analytics helps us understand how visitors use the site (e.g. pages viewed, general location, device type). It sets cookies and collects data such as your IP address (in anonymised or truncated form), browser and device information, and pages visited. This data is processed by Google — see Google's privacy policy for details of how they handle it.
We do not use this data to identify you personally, and it is not combined with the enquiry data described in section 2. Even if you've accepted, you can still opt out at any time using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or your browser's cookie/tracking-blocking settings.
7. Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Ask us to delete your data
- Restrict or object to how we use your data
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@sevenclean.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you believe we have mishandled your data.
8. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date.
